because of you

after 2 weeks of contemplating i have finally decided to just get a wedding package gown. you see, i was first planning to buy a ready made bridal gown from coutoure house. she was willing to give me the bridal gown she made for the bridal fair in megamall for 30k. so that leaves me with the entourage and the acces. plus the train of the gown wasn't long. i wanted a long train. i did scout for some couteriers who will do my entourage gowns but their works didn't amaze me. it didn't have the "it" factor.

so yesterday, i went to visit vivo nazareth. i know this designer since i have 2 gowns designed and made by him. the quality of the dresses he make is good and he's not hard to talk to. he is a nice person. when we had our talk, he already made a design for me and it had a train! 2 yards of train. although i told him that i want my train to be bigger than me. hehehehe! it also had those blue thingies since blue is my motiff. and i wanted that for my gown. just like my ready made gown. but i'm still undecided with the upper part. of gown. the design was an offshoulder type of gown with plunging v neck line. not sure on how to describe it.

i decided that i'll just have him make my gown. i know him already. i don't have to worry about my entou gowns since they are all there. my shoes is also included. and hopefully by next week, we will be having our measurements taken.

next item on my list would be the invitations. i want it to be DIY product. but i don't know where to start and where can i find a printing press that would just do the chinese thingies invitations. since i will be getting married to a chinese and we will have guests who are chinese/taiwanese.

plus, another dilemna. i hope it doesn't rain on the 30th of july. why?! because it might get flooded at uste. grrr.

i will be getting Madge for my h&mu. i texted her today 3/7/05 around after lunch. sent her 2 msgs asking her if she's available in the 30th of july. she didn't reply. thinking that she might be busy i just waited for her reply. evening came and still no reply, so i forwarded her again 2x. this time she replied. she is free on my wedding day so i already told her to reserve that day for me and telling her that i want to have a trial h&mu session but i still don't know the sched. again, she didn't reply anymore and it's getting on my nerves. most of the suppliers that i've talked eventhough i wouldn't be getting their service would usually at least say thank you but not her. >_<

this blog will serve as my journal for wedding preps. this will be my stress ball. hehehe! a little something about myself for my fellow w@wies member. you can call me anna. i'm 23 yrs old. i will be having my wedding this june or july. so far we already have a caterer, since she's a family friend of my h2b. we also have a photographer who is again, a family friend. but aside from that, all the details are still in the planning stage good luck to us and to me.
